Job Title: Security Operations (SecOps) Architect cum Project Manager
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ | Remote
Description:
AgreeYa is a global system integrator and looking for a SecOps Architect / Project Manager will lead the overall ServiceNow Security Incident Response implementation, combining solution architecture, delivery governance, stakeholder coordination, and project execution oversight. This role will be responsible for shaping the OOB-first SIR solution, validating the implementation approach, managing timeline and delivery risks, and driving alignment across WAB stakeholders, security teams, ServiceNow teams, and delivery resources.
Job Responsibilities
Required Skills/ Experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow SecOps and Security Incident Response processes.
- 9 to 11 years of experience in ServiceNow, SecOps, ITSM, security operations, solution architecture, and implementation governance.
- Experience designing ServiceNow SIR or SecOps implementations.
- Ability to distinguish MVP scope from future-state roadmap items.
- Strong knowledge of security incident response frameworks such as NIST and SANS.
- Experience with ServiceNow roles, groups, workflows, playbooks, SLAs, inbound email, risk scoring, and reporting.
- Strong governance, project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
- Ability to manage delivery in a regulated or evidence-driven environment.
- Understanding of SDLC documentation, testing evidence, release readiness, and production handoff needs.
- Experience managing U.S.-based delivery teams and client-facing workshops.
Education Required:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
