CodeForce 360 is hiring Workday Functional and Technical Consultants for multiple opportunities with our clients across the United States.

  • Workday Benefits Consultants
  • Workday Compensation Consultants
  • Workday Talent & Performance Consultants
  • Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultants
  • Workday Reporting & Analytics Consultants
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Consultants
  • Workday Security Consultants
  • Workday Technical / Integration Developers
  • Workday Architects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, HR, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with one or more Workday modules or technologies.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, Financial Management, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Adaptive Planning, Reporting, Security, or related areas is preferred.
  • Technical candidates may have experience with Workday Studio, integrations, reporting, APIs, EIB, or related Workday integration technologies.
  • Understanding of business processes, configuration, implementation, integrations, testing, support, or production environments.
  • Workday certifications are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business, functional, and technical teams.
