Hybrid Sydney Escalations Analyst for AI Legal Tech

CORTO is seeking an Escalations Analyst to bridge technology and legal accounting as we launch our next AI product. You will sit at the frontline of AI-driven troubleshooting, digging into logs and APIs to identify and resolve issues affecting lawyers and legal teams.

You will triage complex escalations, log bugs with developers, prioritize incidents by impact, and support product improvements across our growing global LegalTech business from our Sydney base.
