AI Engineer / integrations Lead - Legal Technology/AI

The firm are building an exceptional team, from Engineering Lead to GTM team and Legal Engineers for each practice area. Growing rapidly with a scalable roadmap, you will be a key part of this new team, building the success of the solution and exceeding customer satisfaction. In this crucial role, you will own the full integration lifecycle from post sale to go live.

We are looking for an AI Coding Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will spend 80% of your time using and building AI tools to write, test, and optimize code. You will spend the remaining 20% of your time connecting the software to external platforms and APIs.

About the Role AI Coding & Engineering (80%)

• Write and ship production code using AI coding assistants and LLMs.
• Build internal tools and scripts that use AI to automate repetitive coding tasks.
• Review, debug, and improve code generated by AI models.
• Create and refine prompts and workflows to get the best results from AI tools.
• Research new AI coding technologies to make the development team more efficient.

System Integrations (20%)

• Connect our core software to third-party APIs and services.
• Make sure data moves safely and quickly between different platforms.
• Troubleshoot and fix integration errors when systems fail to sync.
• Document integration processes for the rest of the engineering team.
