Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support an on-site engineering and operations team in Nashville, TN. This role offers the opportunity to manage vendor coordination, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and contribute to impactful physical project work in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate vendor activities to help ensure work progresses efficiently and stays aligned with project goals.
• Facilitate regular meetings with vendors to review progress, remove roadblocks, and support ongoing delivery.
• Partner with project managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Support engineering and operations initiatives tied to physical projects, equipment, and construction-related work.
• Track project updates, surface risks, and help drive timely follow-through on action items.
• Contribute to a structured, collaborative environment that supports successful project execution.

Skills

• Strong background in engineering, with experience related to physical projects, equipment, or construction.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across vendors and business partners.
• Proven stakeholder management experience and the ability to build productive working relationships.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• MBA.
• Experience managing or supporting vendor-heavy workflows.
• Background in operations engineering or global engineering support.
• Experience contributing to projects that require strong coordination across multiple teams.
