Team Member Plus | Plymouth, United Kingdom | Hybrid

The Role

  • Work across various departments including accommodation cleaning, sports & activities, food service, bars, shops, and entertainment.
  • Provide guests with a fantastic and memorable experience during their stay.
  • Clean guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Support different teams and adapt to varied responsibilities throughout the week.
  • Potential to work in more than one operational area.

What You'll Need

  • A high-spirited, fun-loving, and adaptable attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and embrace variety.
  • A passion for making a positive difference to guests’ experiences.
  • Ability to work as a team player with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Must be aged 18 or over.
  • (Desired but not essential) FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal license qualifications.
