Sales Development Representative - English Speaking

Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic growth team.

Outbound Lead Generation

Identify and target potential enterprise clients (hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, etc.) through structured cold outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and tailored email campaigns.
Engage with key decision-makers, understand their operational pain points, and qualify prospective leads to build a healthy pipeline.
Schedule qualified discovery calls and demo meetings for Account Managers(AMs) / Business Development (BDs)/ Sales Managers, ensuring smooth handoff and complete context.

• Pipeline & CRM Management:

Accurately track all sales activities, prospect details, and interactions in the CRM system to ensure transparent data and reporting.

• Market Insights:

Gather feedback from initial conversations to help refine value propositions, scripts, and target account lists in collaboration with Marketing and Product teams.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Outbound Lead Generation, or Telesales, ideally in B2B SaaS, Hospitality Tech, Robotics, or Commercial Automation. (Energetic fresh graduates with strong sales drive are also welcome!)
Mindset & Drive:
High "Hunter" mentality, resilient against rejections, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach targets (e.g., Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English. Cantonese / Mandarin (depending on target markets, e.g., EMEA) would be a bonus for this position.

Sales Tech Stack

Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce) and outreach tools is a plus.
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission / Performance Bonus
Clear Career Path:
Direct track to Account Executive (AE), Account Manager (AM), or SDR Team Lead within 12–18 months based on performance
