Product Manager

Job Description

• Possess 7-10 years of progressive experience in product management roles, specifically driving the development and optimization of complex software products within an enterprise environment.
• A mandatory foundational understanding of Telecom/5G technologies is required to effectively contribute to product development within the telecommunications carrier domain.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for onboarding features, from conceptualization to launch and iteration.
• Define and articulate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the onboarding experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing user activation and adoption.
• Own the product roadmap for onboarding initiatives, prioritizing features based on business impact and user needs.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and continuously optimize the onboarding journey.
• Contribute to the architectural discussions and technical feasibility assessments related to new onboarding functionalities.
• Mentor junior product team members on best practices for product discovery and feature definition.
• Ensure the onboarding process aligns with overall product strategy and business objectives within the telecom domain.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to resolve dependencies and unblock development efforts for onboarding features.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of onboarding initiatives.
• Champion the user experience, advocating for intuitive and engaging first-time user interactions.
• Lead stakeholder communication regarding product updates, progress, and strategic direction for onboarding.

Education: Bachelor''s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Basking Ridge, NJ, to be $130,000 to $135,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good-faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower.
