Jr. Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking a high-potential early-career professional to support product and engineering teams in delivering impactful software solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has had exposure to product management, business analysis, or technical project work, and is looking to grow into a product-focused career.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineers to support delivery of new features and enhancements
• Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable work items (user stories, tickets, etc.)
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
• Analyze user feedback, product usage, and basic performance metrics
• Help ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Support cross-functional communication across product, engineering, and business teams

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience (internships + full-time combined is fine)
• Exposure to product management, agile environments, or technical projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
