Job Description

Network Technician

Position: Network Technician
Location: Denver, CO – Hybrid
Contract Duration: October 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
Hours: 40 hours/week
Openings: 1

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Technician to support network infrastructure, hardware installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and network security.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with network hardware and cabling, configuring network software, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues, and maintaining efficient and secure network operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install network hardware components and network cabling.

  • Configure network software and related systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.

  • Identify and eliminate network bottlenecks.

  • Diagnose network problems and implement effective solutions.

  • Maintain secure and reliable network operations.

  • Perform hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Assist with inventory and asset management.

  • Collaborate effectively with IT teams and other stakeholders.

  • Follow applicable information security policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Certified network professional accreditation.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with network hardware installation, maintenance, and repair.

  • Experience troubleshooting network issues.

  • Knowledge of network software configuration.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Location Requirement

Local candidates only.

Candidates must currently be local to the Denver, CO area and able to commute to the work location. Candidates who would need to relocate are not preferred.

Background Verification

Additional Requirement
