The ideal candidate will have a passion for the luxury automotive industry and a proven track record of managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Familiarity with dealership management software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
