Role Summary

We are seeking an Airtable & Adobe Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and optimize workflows using Airtable while integrating Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will automate business processes, manage digital assets, and improve team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•             Design and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations.

•             Build workflows using Airtable Automations, Scripts, and APIs.

•             Integrate Airtable with Adobe applications such as:

o             Adobe Creative Cloud

o             Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

o             Adobe Workfront

o             Adobe Acrobat Sign

•             Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams.

•             Develop dashboards and reports.

•             Create workflow documentation and provide user training.

•             Troubleshoot automation and integration issues.

•             Ensure data quality, governance, and security.

Required Skills:

•             2–5+ years of experience with Airtable.

•             Strong knowledge of Airtable:

o             Bases

o             Interfaces

o             Automations

o             Forms

o             Scripts

o             API

•             Experience with Adobe products (Creative Cloud, Workfront, AEM, or Acrobat Sign).

•             Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or Workato.

•             Basic JavaScript or scripting knowledge.

•             Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

•             Experience with REST APIs.

•             Knowledge of SQL.

•             Experience with CRM or project management platforms.

•             Agile/Scrum experience.

Nice to Have

•             Experience with AI workflow automation.

•             Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.

•             Experience integrating Airtable with Salesforce or Microsoft 365.
