Record to Report Processor

Akkodis is seeking an Record to Report Processor for a Contract job with a client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Margin Analysis, and SAP S/4HANA Finance, along with the ability to lead finance transformation initiatives and support executive decision-making.

Rate Range: $74/hour to $76/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Record to Report Processor job responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Define and enhance key finance processes, including:
  
  • Annual Operating Planning (AOP)
  • Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Long-Range Planning
  • Financial Performance Reporting
• Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership teams to establish planning governance, calendars, and reporting frameworks.
• Design and deliver management reporting, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and executive financial reporting solutions.
• Facilitate business requirements workshops and create functional design documentation.
• Support integration across SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP SAC, and BW/4HANA environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Finance and SAP experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on FP&A experience (must-have).
• Strong expertise in:
  
  • Margin Analysis
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Executive Financial Reporting
• Experience supporting CFO organizations and executive reporting requirements.
• Minimum of one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation.

• Rolling Forecasting
• Board & Executive Reporting
• Manufacturing or Healthcare industry experience

Pay Details: $74.00 to $76.00 per hour
