VIQU are partnering with a growing technology organisation to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to manage global customer relationships and the delivery of technical services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' Service Delivery experience who is ready to take the next step, broaden their responsibilities and develop within a growing technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage service delivery across multiple customers.
• Run QBRs and regular service reviews.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and service improvement actions.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage escalations and high-priority incidents.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer services.

Key Requirements:

• 2-3+ years' experience within Service Delivery or Technical Service Delivery.
• Managed services/MSP experience.
• Experience running QBRs and service reviews.
• Good understanding of ITIL, SLAs and service improvement.
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Backup/disaster recovery exposure would be beneficial.
• Rubrik, Druva, Zerto, Commvault or NetBackup knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
