Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Analyst to work on requirement gathering, design and testing for the modernization of the Commission’s CAI application.

*Business Analyst of which at least three are in a Sr. Analyst role. Required 7 Years
*Demonstrated experience analyzing legacy applications or leading digital transformation requirement gathering. Required
*Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into clearly understood user stories. Required
*Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar). Required
*Experience with the testing of large projects. Required
*Experience leading and coordinating UAT Required 0
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Required
*Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands. Required
*Experience with analysis as it relates to enterprise application modernization (e.g., migrating from legacy platforms, moving to modern architecture Highly desired
*Experience with process improvement and business process reengineering. Highly desired
*Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and public-sector compliance requirements. Highly desired
• Previous experience working with Government agencies or similar public-sector organizations. Highly desired
