Job Description

Role: Change Management PMO Consultant

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050 (Onsite Work)

Type: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale digital transformation across Oracle Fusion, Workday, and Salesforce. The consultant will drive change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute change management strategies using Prosci/ADKAR.

Lead stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and workshops.

Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.

Develop training, communications, and adoption plans.

Manage resistance and drive user adoption.

Partner with PMO, IT, HR, and business teams on go-live readiness.

Track adoption metrics and change outcomes.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Change Management experience.

Experience with large-scale ERP/HCM/CRM transformations.

Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.

Experience with Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Prosci/ADKAR certification preferred.

Must be available onsite in Santa Clara, CA, 5 days/week.
