Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Workday Integration Architect with 15+ years of Workday experience and strong expertise in Workday integrations, Studio, HCM, and end-to-end solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the Workday Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional Workday implementations, enhancements, and product launches.
Design, develop, test, and deliver complex Workday functionality and integrations.
Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related tools.
Perform data/document transformations using XSLT/XSLT 3.0, XML, JSON, CSV, and flat files.
Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize Studio solutions for performance.
Configure integration security groups and policies.
Support Workday releases, upgrades, and annual maintenance activities.
Partner with business leaders and People Engineering teams to translate HR requirements into technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills

15+ years of overall Workday experience.
5+ years implementing/managing Workday solutions with program-level solutioning and estimation.
4+ years of Workday HCM configuration and end-to-end integration experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and complex Studio builds.
Expertise in EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT/XSLT 3.0, XML, JSON, CSV, and flat-file integrations.
Experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and/or Learning.
Strong HR domain knowledge and technical solutioning skills.
Excellent troubleshooting, architecture, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in complex and technically ambiguous environments.
