We're hiring on behalf of one of Germany's leading automotive service providers, renowned for its expertise in vehicle glass repair and replacement. With a vast network of service centers and mobile units, this company is dedicated to delivering safety, reliability, and top-quality service, driven by a team of passionate experts.

The Role

• Lead workshop operations, including vehicle glass repair and replacement, and calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the function of a certified manager (HWK), overseeing technical expertise, adherence to company standards, and daily operational planning.
• Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact through to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, conduct inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with several years of professional experience.
• Background as a certified master automotive technician, automotive mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake a proficiency test or already hold a certified manager (HWK) qualification.
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license and strong German language and PC skills.
• Demonstrated customer focus, service orientation, and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with a strong sense of trust and teamwork.
