Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications
• Drive technical standards, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Mentor and coach software engineers across the team
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
• Lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions

Software Development

• Architect and develop modern React + TypeScript front-end applications
• Design and build scalable backend services using .NET 8 / .NET Core and C#
• Create and maintain APIs, integrations, and cloud-native solutions
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Drive implementation of permanent solutions to complex business and technical challenges

Collaboration & Delivery

• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Lead sprint planning, technical estimations, and backlog refinement activities
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on architecture and delivery objectives
