Job Title: Senior SDET – Testing & Change Management Consultant

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite – 5 days a week)

Experience: 8+ years

Job Description: We are looking for a Senior SDET / Testing and Change Management Consultant with strong experience in test planning, execution, defect management, release management, and change readiness. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments, smooth customer-facing cutovers, and minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and manage comprehensive test plans and test execution activities.

·       Coordinate defect tracking, issue resolution, and testing status reporting.

·       Support change management, stakeholder communications, and user training.

·       Prepare release, deployment, and cutover plans.

·       Coordinate business users, operations, support, and technology teams.

·       Identify implementation risks and ensure business readiness.

·       Conduct readiness reviews, go/no-go meetings, and post-release assessments.

Required Skills:

·       8+ years of relevant testing, release management, change management, or solution delivery experience.

·       Strong test planning, defect management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

·       Experience with deployment planning, cutover execution, and business readiness.

·       Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·       Must be willing to work onsite in Omaha, NE, five days a week.
