Position Overview
KriaaNet is seeking three (3) Senior Power BI Developers / Data Analysts to design and develop high-impact executive dashboards and business intelligence solutions for a premier Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise client in the National Capital Region (NCR).

In this role, you will analyze complex defense datasets, build robust data models, and create interactive Power BI dashboards connected to secure SharePoint Online data repositories and enterprise sources to empower senior leadership decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
Security Clearance: Must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance (verified in DISS).

Mandatory Certification: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
Cybersecurity Compliance (DoD 8570 / 8140): Active IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, or CCNA-Security) or ability to obtain within 60 days of start.

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, and SharePoint Online / M365 integration.

Technical Skills: Advanced DAX, Power Query (M), SharePoint list architectures, Power Automate, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
Highly Desired / Bonus:
Fabric Analytics Certification: Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (Exam DP-600).

App Integration: Experience with Power FX and low-code app data connections.
