Stange Law Firm, PC is accepting resumes only for a Full-Time Human Resources Professional. Provides overall functional support in the area of human resource management and recruiting. Assists in managing employee relations. Assists in managing employee compensation, benefits administration, and organizational development and training. Assists in enforcing and maintaining Firm Policies & Procedure
Assist in contacting and conducting interviews of all applicants for employment opportunities (full-time and part-time). Manages Applicant Tracking System for applicants.

Assists in overseeing and managing the posting and maintenance of open job positions at Stange Law Firm. Assists in providing recommendations and analysis regarding job applicants, including running background checks, checking references and ensuring assessments and applications are completed. Some HR/recruiting knowledge and/or experience preferred.
