Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a technology-focused financial planning firm that delivers genuine holistic, lifestyle-based financial planning rather than product-led advice?

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established boutique financial planning business, supporting a close-knit team of advisers and paraplanners across client servicing, administration and report preparation.

The business is fully paperless and places a strong emphasis on technology, efficiency and removing unnecessary repetitive administration, allowing you to focus on adding value to clients and the wider team.

There is also a genuine long-term development culture, with opportunities to progress into Paraplanning and potentially Financial Advice for the right person, alongside full support for CII exams and professional development.

The Role:

• Provide administration support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
• Manage client servicing and new-business administration
• Assist with report preparation and client documentation
• Liaise with clients, advisers, paraplanners and providers
• Maintain accurate and efficient client records
• Support the smooth delivery of holistic financial planning
• Work across a modern, fully paperless technology platform
• Manage competing priorities within a growing team

The Person:

• Ideally 2-3 years' IFA / financial services administration experience
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal training
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident working with technology and digital systems
• Professional and confident communicator
• Client-focused with a genuine interest in financial planning
• Positive team player who is happy to get stuck in
• Ambitious and interested in long-term career development
