Job Description

Mobile Tech Team Leader - Chester, England

Salary: 66706

TheRole

Attending failed trains, ensuring that all safety standards, productivity, availability, and reliability targets are met at all times by the mobile team.

Role responsibilities

  • To carry outall duties according to Safety and Quality Procedures
  • To allocate and control the outstation team under your leadership and direct them in carrying out unit preparations
    and repairs on all Traction and Rolling Stock in accordance with the DMS, VMI or Local Instructions as supplied
    by the Technical Department.
  • Develop and motivate staff under your leadership to achieve targets set.
  • Undertake the duties of Skilled Tradesman where qualified.

  • Qualified Craftsmen
  • 5 years craft experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience of managing resources/Staff
  • Assessors' qualification

Welsh Language Skills

While not essential for this role, Welsh language skills would make a great addition to your application.
