Job Description

Are you an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in motor finance complaints? Ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic, fast paced environment where you can lead, motivate, and make a real impact? Join Huntswood as we continue to grow our project with one of the UK's top credit providers and play a key leadership role at the heart of this high profile operation.

Location: Hybrid - City of London or Chatham- 3 days a week in office

Start Date: End of September 2026

Day Rate: £350 per day (via Husp Umbrella - we'll support you through the process)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Contract Duration: 3 months with view to extend

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will lead a team of Complaint Handlers to meet quality and productivity targets through effective QA, coaching, and performance management. You will act as an escalation point for complex cases, produce accurate MI, and support onboarding and training. Working closely with stakeholders and the client, you will drive continuous improvement while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Skills required

  • Proven experience leading high performing complaints teams within a motor finance environment
  • Good understanding of FCA regulated environments
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • Able to coach and support team development
  • Well organised and proactive
  • Positive and motivating leadership style
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
