Job Description

The Lead Solutions & Automation Architect is responsible for the design, development, integration, and ongoing support of critical business applications, automation platforms, operational systems, and AI-enabled solutions across NEER IT. This role serves as the technical leader for strategic initiatives including DeliverIT, Financial Operational Excellence (FOX), and Unified NEER IT Operations (UNO), ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

The position requires deep expertise in full-stack application development, Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise integrations, cloud technologies, AI development standards, and solution architecture. The individual will collaborate closely with business leaders, analysts, developers, and operational stakeholders to develop innovative solutions while maintaining enterprise governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Development

Lead the architecture, design, development, and support of enterprise applications, automation platforms, and operational solutions.

Design and maintain scalable full-stack solutions utilizing Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Power Platform, APIs, SQL databases, and cloud-native services.

Develop and support custom applications, portals, dashboards, workflow automations, and reporting solutions.

Establish reusable architecture patterns, development standards, and technical best practices.
