Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong Facets expertise to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable end-to-end technology solutions. The architect will drive solution design across Facets, healthcare applications, data, integrations, APIs, and supporting platforms, with a strong focus on Claims, Eligibility, and regulatory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business and regulatory requirements into end-to-end solution architectures and technical designs.

Define solutions spanning Facets, applications, data, APIs, integrations, and supporting platforms.

Provide architecture leadership for Claims, Eligibility, EnrollmentMember, and related healthcare payer capabilities.

Design scalable integration patterns between Facets and upstreamdownstream applications.

Define application, service, API, data-flow, and interface architecture.

Evaluate solution options and recommend designs based on scalability, maintainability, security, and business needs.

Partner with business, engineering, data, integration, and platform teams to ensure alignment between requirements and technical implementation.

Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance throughout development, testing, deployment, and implementation.

Identify architectural dependencies, integration risks, and potential impacts across healthcare platforms.

Support regulatory initiatives requiring changes across multiple applications and Facets-related workflows.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of TriZetto Facets and healthcare payer systems.

Proven experience in Solution Architecture Application Architecture.

Strong understanding of healthcare payer functions, particularly:

o Claims

o Eligibility

o Enrollment and member data

o Benefits

o Provider-related processes

Experience architecting enterprise applications, APIs, services, and system integrations.

Strong understanding of application and data integration patterns.

Experience designing solutions that span multiple applications and technology platforms.

Ability to convert complex business and regulatory requirements into clear technical architecture.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
