Job Description

As Training and Change Manager, you will support the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working as McLaren Racing upgrades its Enterprise Resource Planning systems. You will help teams navigate change through targeted training, clear documentation and effective communication, enabling smooth transitions and sustained behavioural change.

Working with business leads and teams across the organisation, including areas outside Finance, you will assess the impact of process and technology changes, map stakeholders and identify knowledge gaps. You will use these insights to design appropriate change interventions, communication plans and information that maintain engagement, positivity and momentum throughout the programme.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver accessible training materials, modules and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, drop-in sessions and one-to-one training.
  • Help teams adopt new processes, terminology and systems while identifying blockers and areas requiring further support.
  • Monitor adoption and report on where additional intervention is needed.
  • Ensure training remains aligned with governance, controls and process standards.

What You'll Bring

You will have experience delivering training or change management within a business or Enterprise Resource Planning context, together with experience supporting process or system change programmes. You can translate complex processes into clear, accessible materials and communicate confidently with different stakeholder groups.

Strong facilitation skills are essential, alongside a structured and organised approach to planning and delivery. You will be data-driven, with the ability to track and report on adoption and effectiveness measures. Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems or systems implementation projects would be beneficial.

You will bring a clear, engaging communication style and a positive, people-focused approach. Empathetic and supportive, you can guide teams through change while creating clarity and alignment.

Success in racing comes from bringing together talented people with different skills, perspectives and experiences. We're committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to deliver their best work.

Every role has the potential to drive high performance. You'll be part of a team united by a shared ambition to push boundaries and embody our racing mindset. We invest in our people through opportunities to develop and grow, creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.

Alongside a range of wellbeing initiatives and development opportunities, we're committed to helping you build a rewarding career and make your mark at McLaren Racing.
