About the role
We’re looking for a Warehouse Training Coordinator to join our team in Corby.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping colleagues develop the skills they need to be successful in a busy warehouse environment.
You’ll coordinate and support training across the operation, making sure colleagues receive the right training at the right time and that training records are kept accurate and up to date.
You don't need to be an experienced trainer or have a formal L&D background. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and schedule training for new and existing warehouse colleagues.
Support the onboarding and induction of new starters.
Work closely with warehouse managers and team leaders to identify training requirements.
Arrange training sessions and ensure colleagues are available to attend.
Maintain accurate training records and ensure mandatory training is completed.
Monitor training completion and follow up where required.
Support trainers and operational teams with the delivery of warehouse training.
Help ensure colleagues are trained and competent before carrying out relevant tasks independently.
Provide support and guidance to colleagues throughout their training.
Identify any training gaps and escalate these to the relevant manager.
Produce basic reports and updates on training activity.
Help maintain training materials and documentation.
Build positive relationships with colleagues across the warehouse operation.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident working with people.
You'll ideally have:
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.
Previous experience coordinating training, inductions or onboarding would be beneficial.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels.
The ability to manage multiple training activities and deadlines.
Good attention to detail, particularly when maintaining records.
A positive and supportive approach to helping others learn.
Good basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
The confidence to work independently while also being part of a wider team.
Why join Arvato?
At Arvato, you'll be joining a growing operation where there are opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and operations and wants to develop their experience in training and development within a busy logistics environment.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely with operational teams, gain valuable experience in warehouse training and play an important role in helping our colleagues develop and succeed.
