IT Analyst

Our client is seeking an IT Analyst for a contract opportunity. The role will provide hands-on IT support to end users, ensuring the effective deployment, configuration and maintenance of hardware, operating systems and productivity software across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure and support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other IT hardware<br />Install, maintain and support client operating systems and productivity software<br />Provide IT support to end users and assist with site-based IT systems<br />Follow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including asset, change, incident, request, problem and project management<br />Respond to IT incidents and service requests while supporting the achievement of service level agreements<br />Participate in troubleshooting and the resolution of larger IT issues<br />Contribute to root cause analysis and problem management activities where required<br />Promote IT standards, policies and best practice to improve user satisfaction and productivity Job

Requirements:

Experience in IT support, service desk or IT analyst environments<br />Strong knowledge of hardware deployment, configuration and troubleshooting<br />Understanding of client operating systems, mobile devices, printing and productivity software<br />Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and service level agreements<br />Ability to investigate technical issues and contribute to root cause analysis<br />Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with IT teams and end users<br />Commitment to following information security, data protection and compliance policies<br />Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a busy technology environment Contract Opportunity: This contract IT Analyst role offers the opportunity to support a range of technology services, contribute to continuous improvement and help maintain secure, reliable and effective IT operations.
