Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Manager with expertise in automation to lead testing initiatives for mobile and web platforms. This role offers an opportunity to oversee testing strategies, implement innovative solutions leveraging AI, and manage a team to ensure quality standards are met. The position involves a mix of hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute automation testing efforts across mobile and web applications to ensure robust, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
Develop, implement, and improve automation frameworks and testing processes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage AI technologies and structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies to optimize testing strategies and identify root causes of issues.
Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Coordinate testing activities closely with development and product teams to align testing objectives with project goals.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage, troubleshoot issues, and validate fixes to deliver high-quality releases.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, results, and quality metrics to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in automation testing, demonstrating a strong technical foundation in automation tools and scripting.
Proven experience testing mobile and web applications.
Demonstrated managerial experience overseeing QA teams and orchestrating testing projects.
Solid understanding of AI principles and how to apply AI to testing processes as a source of truth.
Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC or equivalent frameworks).
Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work onsite four days per week.
