Quality Assurance Analyst

Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst for an immediate opening.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location:  Charlotte, NC 
Duration: 3+ months (Onsite)
Employment type :Fulltime/Contract

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will:

• Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
• Convert manual test cases into automated solutions.
• Execute UAT, manage defects, and validate business requirements.
• Create test cases, test reports, and testing documentation.
• Collaborate with business, QA, and development teams.
• Support end-to-end testing across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate will have: 

• QA/Testing experience.
• UAT experience in Commercial Banking.
• Automation testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, ALM Octane, and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect management, and test execution.
• Tosca, AS1, and AS2 certifications.

Preferred Skills:

• ATM application testing experience.
• Experience with banking modernization or transformation projects.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: Between $43- $47 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
