Sleep Expert – Sales

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert – Sales to guide customers to better rest through personalized mattress and bedding solutions. In this full-time, in-store role, you’ll greet customers, assess their sleep needs, and recommend the right products using consultative selling. You’ll operate POS systems, handle payments, and help meet store sales targets. You’ll also support merchandising, inventory, and showroom standards.
