Construction Estimator

Key Requirements:

• Strong construction estimating experience in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Must be able to read construction plans and identify scope gaps, conflicts, and coordination issues.
• Strong experience with Buildertrend and STACK/Stacked or similar estimating software.
• Proficiency in Dropbox, Google Workspace, MS Word, and Excel.
• Strong experience with quantity takeoffs, detailed budgeting, pricing, and cost estimation.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors/vendors and obtaining accurate pricing.
• Understanding of project risks, sequencing, constructability, and margins.
• Project management/construction coordination experience is a plus.
• CAD, architectural drafting, or construction drawing coordination experience is a plus.
