What You’ll Do
You’ll continue producing in the field while developing the skills needed to lead a team.

Generate residential roofing and restoration opportunities
Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage
Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process
Manage projects from inspection through completion
Recruit and help onboard new sales representatives
Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs
Help develop new team members
Lead through personal production and accountability
Help build Heritage’s North San Antonio sales team
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience
Residential storm restoration experience preferred
Proven ability to generate business
Strong communication and leadership potential
Competitive, coachable, and performance-driven
Comfortable with door-to-door field sales
Interested in recruiting, coaching, and developing others
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
Comfortable climbing and inspecting residential roofs
Ability to work independently in the field
