In this varied role you will be responsible for Defining the manufacturing method for new and existing products, Contributing to NPI projects from initial development, through production and driving a culture for continuous improvement throughout the business.

The role:

• Supporting production, quality and engineering team
• Contribute to NPI projects through initial development to introduction to customers
• Implementing and supporting processes to ensure continuous improvement throughout the company.

The person:

• Experience within a process engineering role or an HNC or degree in manufacturing, mechanical or electrical engineering
• Looking to join a fast growing manufacturing company
• Lean or six sigma trained (preferred)
