Position Summary
The Technical Project Manager serves as the overall lead responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and oversight of the YubiKey deployment effort. This individual manages all contractor personnel, interfaces with Government stakeholders, monitors performance objectives, and ensures delivery of all contract requirements.

Responsibilities
\tDevelop and maintain the Deployment Project Plan, milestones, and resource schedules.
\tOversee execution of all deployment activities across planning, deployment, and closeout phases.
\tServe as the primary point of contact for the Government COR.
\tCoordinate approval of communications, outreach efforts, and scheduling activities.
\tDevelop and maintain deployment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
\tMonitor performance against deployment metrics and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
\tManage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and escalation activities.
\tReview weekly inventory reports and deployment status updates.
\tEnsure compliance with non-personal services requirements.
\tCoordinate final reconciliation activities and submission of the Final Deployment Report.

Qualifications
\tBachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
\tMinimum of 3-5 years of experience leading enterprise IT deployments.
\tExperience managing ServiceNow-based initiatives.
\tDemonstrated experience supporting Federal agencies.
\tPMP certification preferred.
\tSecret Clearance
Experience Level
Intermediate Level

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $52.88/hr.
