Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Mayfair, London W1 on site

Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Rossi Security protects leading names in luxury retail, fine jewellery, private events and high-net-worth households, with officers chosen for their discretion and care.

The role:

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a policy-only seat. You will:

• lead and develop our HR Officer, and be a trusted presence for officers and managers
• own employee relations from start to finish, working with our external advisers on complex cases
• oversee TUPE transfers, including consultation, due diligence and client liaison
• own our HR policies and keep them current with legislation and ACS standards
• keep right-to-work, BS7858 vetting, SIA licensing and training consistently compliant
• work with Operations on hiring and onboarding, and build a culture of fairness and retention
• own monthly people reporting and advise the MD on people decisions

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' HR experience, including leading employee relations casework
• Strong practical knowledge of UK employment law
• Excellent people skills and calm judgement under pressure
• Experience supporting a dispersed or shift-based workforce
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
• Ideally, a background in security, hospitality or luxury retail
