Our client seeks a Senior Data Operations Analyst to maintain and improve a centralized platform for global content and campaign planning. You will embed with stakeholder teams, capture decisions and data at the source, confirm details with accountable leaders, and translate inputs into clean, structured, trusted data. You will identify conflicts, surface friction, and recommend workflow improvements. The work involves sensitive, unreleased slate, production, and campaign information and requires discretion. This contract role contributes directly to the ongoing workflow design.

Rate: $67.00 to $72.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:

• Attend recurring stakeholder meetings and capture decisions, data points, action items, and open questions.
• Confirm data directly with accountable business leaders before entry.
• Enter and maintain records accurately and within established turnaround expectations.
• Handle confidential and pre-release information with discretion, including embargoed titles, unannounced projects, and internal timelines.
• Triaging in-the-moment stakeholder requests to determine what can be entered directly versus what needs confirmation.
• Arrive to weekly alignment prepared with the state of work.
• Identify and escalate data conflicts, stale records, and process friction.
• Maintain a running observations log and provide recommendations on data health and cross-team patterns.
• Provide direct feedback on the workflow to inform ongoing process design.

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years in a data analyst, internal research, business operations, or reporting role.
• Entertainment or media industry background with content slates, production and release timelines, and title-level data.
• Proven ability to convert unstructured input into structured, reliable data.
• Track record handling confidential or pre-release information in a professional setting.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and a focus on data accuracy.
• Comfort with low-code or no-code tooling and relational data concepts such as tables, linked records, formulas, and views.
• Excellent written communication, including clear notes, status, and escalations.
• Preferred: Airtable experience with formulas, views, and interfaces.
• Preferred: Marketing data experience across campaign planning, media, or creative operations.
