Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission. This opportunity supports a team of Exploitation Analysts, Digital Network Exploitation Analysts, Target Digital Network Analysts, and Cyber Network Defense Analysts, responsible for improving, protecting, and defending our Nation's Security. Job Description: We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) who will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. You will also maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis. You will develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets, identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps and employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints. You will apply knowledge and understanding of government needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies. You will mentor other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. The TDNA Level 3 shall possess the following capabilities: * Conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
* Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
* Developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
* Identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
* Employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints.
* Applying knowledge and understanding of government needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies.
* Mentoring other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA. Required Qualifications: * High School Diploma with 12 years of experience.
* Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience.
* Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience.
* Master's Degree with 6 years of experience.
* PhD with 4 years of experience.
* 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate's degree.
* Degree in Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
