Site Manager

ODIN Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Structured Cabling Site Manager to oversee multiple projects across the North West for a well-established structured cabling contractor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in copper and fibre installations who is confident managing several sites at once, coordinating engineering teams, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout project delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing teams of up to six engineers, attending client and scheduling meetings, organising materials and site logistics, monitoring project progress, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required standard. You will act as the key liaison between the client and delivery teams, providing regular updates and driving projects through to completion.

Applicants should have previous experience within the structured cabling industry, managing multiple sites and engineers simultaneously. Strong organisational, communication, and planning skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of both copper and fibre cabling environments. A full UK driving licence is required.
