An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer Team leader to join a long-established manufacturing company which is undergoing a period of major transformation and growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To lead and coordinate a team of 3 Engineers
  • Effectively manage the daily workload of the department
  • Lead and support the engineering team in planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance
  • Troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimise downtime
  • Ensure health and safety compliance
  • Responsible for completing all paperwork and reporting
  • Day-to-day parts ordering


Essential Skills and Experience Required:

  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • A team player with proven leadership capability
  • Knowledge and implementation of 5S methodology, lean techniques and quality focus
  • ISO exposure
  • PLC experience (Mitsubishi preferred)
  • A relevant engineering qualification


Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Location: Wrexham LL12
