Job Description

We are seeking a CrowdStrike EDR Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CrowdStrike Falcon administration, endpoint security operations, and multi-OS support and a proven ability to deploy, administer, and optimize EDR capabilities to enable effective detection, investigation, and response.

Responsibilities:

• Own installation, implementation, maintenance, administration, availability, and performance of all CrowdStrike Falcon platform components.


• Manage deployment, monitoring, and health of Falcon sensors across Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud environments. Troubleshoot sensor installation and communication issues.


• Configure and manage prevention policy settings to align with organizational security posture.


• Provide incident support for end users and server owners via the help desk. Ensure optimal platform effectiveness for threat detection, investigation, and response in partnership with Security Analysts and Incident Responders.


• Create and maintain documentation for CrowdStrike configurations, processes, and best practices.


• Collaborate within the Endpoint team to resolve EDR support tickets, share knowledge, communicate status, and drive timely, accurate resolutions.


• Partner with IT, Network, and System Administration teams to integrate security solutions with enterprise infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT experience with enterprise endpoint environments.


• 5+ years of hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon administration in large enterprises.


• Expert knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and native security features.


• Proficiency in scripting for automation and analysis (Python, PowerShell, Bash).


• Strong understanding of network protocols and host-based firewalls.


• Demonstrated contributions to complex projects that improve cybersecurity hygiene.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting customer-facing help desk workflows and service-level commitments.


• Experience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure teams.
