Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Security Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design and implement Microsoft 365 security architectures and solutions across endpoint, identity, information protection, email, and cloud security environments.
2. Configure and manage security capabilities including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
3. Assess security risks, investigate security events, support incident response, and recommend improvements to enterprise security controls.
4. Develop security standards, technical documentation, implementation guidance, and recommendations while collaborating with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9 years of experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, or Microsoft security technologies, with strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 security environments.
Technical Skills	Cybersecurity, Security Architecture, Microsoft 365 Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring
Business / Domain Skills	Cybersecurity Risk Management, Security Governance, Information Protection, Cloud Security, Incident Response, Security Compliance
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with enterprise security platforms, cloud technologies, endpoint security, identity management, or information protection solutions.
2. Relevant cybersecurity, cloud, or technology certifications are preferred.
3. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or public-sector technology environments, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
