The Role

• Visualize customer ideas using modern 3D planning tools
• Develop and present tailored kitchen concepts considering style, functionality, and budget
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to contract closing
• Create proposals, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics including delivery and installation

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design, and current industry trends
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Exceptional closing skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction
• A confident demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an independent, results-oriented approach
