The Role • Visualize customer needs and desires using modern 3D planning tools to design dream kitchens. • Guide customers through the entire process, from initial requirement analysis and quote generation to coordinating delivery and installation. • Manage post-order tasks, including invoice verification and administrative duties. • Provide comprehensive consultation to ensure the final kitchen realization meets customer expectations. • Connect customers with skilled home improvement professionals for project execution. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a craft, technical, or commercial field (e.g., carpentry, technical drawing, assembly). • Previous experience in kitchen sales or design is advantageous. • An eye for current kitchen trends and creativity in fulfilling customer requests. • Proficiency with modern presentation and planning tools, along with standard Microsoft Office applications. • A passion for customer service and sales.
