The Role

• Diligently document tumor diseases in the cancer registry for quality assurance.
• Manage administrative tasks, including creating physician letters and ensuring structured communication.
• Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and prepare for treatments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with treatments and examinations, including performing blood draws, to support comprehensive patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA (m/w/d)) with CT qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with medical nomenclature.
• A proactive, communicative, and team-oriented personality, embodying professionalism, empathy, and humanity.
• Strong initiative, sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain an overview in complex situations.
