Detailed Job Description:

Genesys Architect min 8 yrs exp Architect admin, Architect editor, and Architect read only a user needs at least one of these assigned to their Genesys Cloud user role just to log into Architect at all.

GenesysAdmin full control create, edit, publish, and delete flows. Editor can build and modify flows but with fewer administrative rights e.g., no deleting others work or managing orgwide settings. Readonly can view flows without making changes, useful for auditors or stakeholders

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
