Job Description

We are seeking an experienced jBPM Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in jBPM workflow orchestration, Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS, along with experience designing scalable enterprise applications and leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise workflow solutions using jBPM.
• Build scalable, high-performance applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Reactive Programming.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with partner and third-party systems.
• Build event-driven solutions using Kafka and asynchronous messaging.
• Implement cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Apply design patterns, refactoring techniques, and best coding practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 9 14 years of software development experience in enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with jBPM and BPMN workflow orchestration.
• Extensive experience in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Reactive Programming.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and API integration frameworks.
• Experience with Kafka or other event streaming platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including:
  • Lambda
  • ECS
  • CloudFront
  • API Gateway
  • DynamoDB
  • Serverless technologies
• Experience with NoSQL databases and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Redis, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of Spark/Spark Jobs.
• Experience with Google Apigee API Gateway.
• Understanding of Product Catalog and Commerce/Pricing Engine integrations.
• Experience with Angular and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins, Linux, Tomcat, and JUnit.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading medium to large digital transformation programs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring technical teams.
• Cloud certification is a plus.
