Sales Devvelopment Representative - SaaS

Up to 30k Salary + 900 Guarenteed Bonus + UNCAPPED COMMISSION with Top Performers earning 70K+ year 1!

This is a high-energy B2B sales role focused on generating quality opportunities. If you're confident on the phone, target-driven, and hungry to progress in SaaS sales, this role is built for you.



What You'll Do

  • Prospect inbound & outbound leads
  • Speak with decision-makers in HR, Finance & Operations
  • Qualify opportunities and book product demos
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline
  • Hit monthly KPIs and earn commission
  • Generate leads through referrals & social selling
